Who's coming to AAPP this year? Maybe we can get together and actually speak in person. Since the seminar is only a week long, we'll have to limit speaches and rebuttals to a couple hours. Maybe we can get the Secret Service guys to borrow one of those light timers from the presidential debates!

I'd be more than happy to let you each buy me lunch. In exchange, I'll take care of your meals at the banquet and any other snacks or meals that are paid for as part of the seminar fee.

Barry,

sorry, I won't be at the AAPP this year. Too cold up thar! Besides (and really) I am attending the Nevada DPS Police Academy. Yes Ted! I had to shave my beard and cut my hair. You would not recognize me now.

See ya'll in Vegas at APA where I'm sure to make an appearance....

Fraternally,

Jim

Barry,

I'll be there. I will be easy to spot as I look just like George Maschke.

Sackett:
Nice alibi attempt with the academy story! The truth is, Jim owes so many of us a beer that he would need to bring a co-signer with him! (we'll miss ya Jim!)

I should see you all there(weather and or current homicide rate permitting!)

Anybody know about Jack? (He owes a few brews as well!)(Lobster anyone?)

Ted

One night there will be a lobster bake. It's $30.00, but it sounds like they'll be plenty of food there. Too bad I don't like lobster or fish.

I know this is a little late but I have been swamped. I try to keep up but don't respond much.

I will not be at the AAPP and my wife is mad! She really wanted to go this year but because some people in the department abused the travel system no one is going to training this year unless they take vacation and spend their own money.

I don't have a problem with that except that I am adding on to my house and have committed my time and funds to that.

I will be happy to buy all of you a beer when next we meet. Even Jim if his hair grows back.

I will be in Vegas the weekend just prior to the APA to attend the ASTM meetings. Hopefully I will see some of you on Sunday before I go back.

I think I may be able to start participating in the discussions again soon although most of what I read lately is waaayyy over my head.

Everyone going to AAPP have a great time. I wish I was going.

Jack

I agree! AAPP seminars just keep getting better every year! We have a great group of members. Maine was no exception!
